Asian Burgers
Prep 10 min Broil/Microwave 15 min Serves 4
1lb. ground skinless chicken breast
6 Tbsp low-fat Asian sesame salad dressing
3 Tbsp plain dried bread crumbs
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 (12-oz) bag broccoli coleslaw mix
2 Tbsp water
Scallions and pickled ginger. for garnish (optional)
- Spray the broiler rack with non-stick spray; preheat the broiler.
- Mix the chicken, 3 Tbsp of the dressing, the crumbs, scallions, and 1/8 tsp of the salt. Form into 4 burgers. Broil 5 inches from the heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Microwave the coleslaw and water, covered, in a microwavable bowl on High until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. Drain. Toss with 1 Tbsp dressing and the remaining salt. Top the burgers with the remaining dressing and garnish (if using). Serve with the coleslaw.
