There are many patients who are not in the same location as their surgeon. This may be due to moving or having gone elsewhere (Mexico for LAP-BAND ® System) surgery.

Dr. Champion does offer patients who have had surgery elsewhere the opportunity to join his practice and follow his aftercare program.

Requirements:

Gastric Bypass/Revision: Aftercare fee of $2500.00.  All of your office visits are included in this fee, as long as you are compliant with your aftercare and follow up visits.

LAP-BAND® System: Aftercare fee of $2500.00. All office visits are included in this fee, as long as you are compliant with your aftercare and follow up visits.

LAP-BAND® Fills: $150.00
